Service Agreement

Effective date: the date the service agreement is submitted.

 I. Online coaching agreement

Between Coach Jess Wilson and the client whose name is indicated with the purchase.

II. Services

The Coach will provide encouragement, structure, and challenges via the Inward Ease Community, phone or video calls.

III. Terms

  • Duration: set at purchase
  • Sessions: set at purchase or determined by Coach Jess Wilson for the Inward Ease Community.
  • Platform: Kajabi or by phone

IV. Fees

  • 1-1 Discovery Session Total: $45.00 or $36.00 if the client accepting these terms is an Inward Ease Community member.
  • 1 Discovery Session plus 5 Launch Sessions Total: $270.00 or $216.00 if the client accepting these terms is an Inward Ease Community member.
  • Payment: Upfront for One Discovery Session and monthly for Inward Ease Community Members or Discovery plus Launch Sessions.

V. Client responsibilities

  • Attend sessions on time and notify Coach at least 24 hours in advance if rescheduling is needed.
  • Complete any agreed-upon assignments or action steps between sessions.
  • Communicate openly and honestly about progress and challenges.
  • Ensure a stable internet or phone connection and private environment for sessions.
  • Inward Ease Community Members will abide by the commitment they agree to when becoming a member. Such commitments as: a Judgement Free Zone, no unsolicited advice, no obligation to post regarding their participation in challenges but kind communication is encouraged, etc. These commitments are described in more detail in the community membership agreement. 

VI. Policies

  • Refund policy: no refunds after services begin. Life happens so if you need to cancel you may do so up to 24 hours in advance or at any time from the community membership.
  • Confidentiality clause: All discussions and materials are confidential unless Client discloses self-harm or harm to others or it is required by law.
